TIM STRATTON -- York |
||||||||||||||
An All-State wide receiver
for the Dukes and two-time Player of the Year in the West Suburban Silver
Conference, Stratton became one of the most dependable targets in the
college passing game as the country's top tight end. During his
college days at Purdue University from 1998 to 2001, Tim set the school
record for most receptions in a career. Stratton received All-Big Ten
honors three times, and became only the fourth Boilermaker
ever to receive that recognition. In 2000, Tim was named the inaugural
recipient of the John Mackey Award, presented to the nation's top tight end
in Division I college football. Stratton ended his career with Purdue
with 204 catches for 2,088 yards and 15 touchdowns. |
