SUSIE REPLOGLE -- Oak Park-River Forest |
|||||||||||||||
A three-time singles state
champion, Replogle set the standard for girls tennis in its early years as
she won the first girls individual title in any sport in Illinois High
School Association history. Once the Huskies entered the West Suburban
Conference in 1975, Susie won her third state title in four years and guided
to Oak Park-River Forest to their fourth straight team state championship.
Replogle was the captain of the tennis team at Princeton University and was
named as a United States Tennis Association All-American in 1980. |
