KERRY HAYES -- Oak Park-River Forest |
||||||||||||||
A dominating softball
pitcher, Hayes compile a 0.14 Earned Run Average, allowing only four earned
runs in 190 innings pitched in 2001. For her four-year varsity career,
from 1997 to 2001, Kerry had a 0.40 ERA. In 2000, Hayes threw
back-to-back-to-back no-hitters during her junior season. In 2001,
Hayes threw 10 consecutive shutouts -- becoming only the fifth pitcher in
state history to accomplish that feat. |
