JULIE TODD -- Downers Grove South |
||||||||||||||
The first bowler to win
three West Suburban Conference individual titles, Todd was a two-time
All-State selection; finishing seventh as a junior and second as a senior at
the IHSA state finals. In January of 2002, Julie attracted the
attention of the Illinois bowling community by becoming the first girl's
bowler in state history to record an 800 series (801--256,246,299).
Later that month, Todd rolled a perfect 300 game vs. Morton, and was named
as the Chicago Tribune Prep Athlete of the Month. Todd was inducted
into the Downers Grove South Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017. |
