ATHLETES HONOR ROLL

ERIKA CHESNEY -- Downers Grove North

The winner of nine individual West Suburban Conference titles, Chesney also won a pair of state titles in cross-country and track and field.  Erika captured the West Suburban Silver cross-country championship in 1989, 1990 and 1991.  Chesney won the Silver Division 3200 meter run four straight years from 1989 to 1992, and was the 1600 meter conference champ in 1991 and 1992.  Erika was the individual Class AA state cross-country champion in 1991 and secured the 3200 meter run state track meet title in 1992.  Chesney was selected as a member of the Harrier Magazine All-American Cross Country Team in her senior year.
