MARK KING -- Lyons Township |

A head wrestling coach for 32 years, King won sixteen West Suburban Conference team championships and won more dual meet victories than any other wrestling coach in league history. King guided the Lions from 1974-2005, posting a 471-184-4 dual meet record. Mark's 1992 team placed third at the Illinois High School Association state finals. King's teams won every WSC Silver Division championship during the entire decade of the 1990's; as the Lions captured league titles in 1975, 1983-1984, 1990-2010, 2002 and 2003. King was inducted into the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association Hall of Fame in 1994.
