JOE SPAGNOLO -- Historian

Acting as conference statistician from 1983-1997, Spagnolo authored The History of the West Suburban Conference in 1986, and served as the League Historian.  Joe was the manager of both the Proviso West Holiday Tournament and the Hinsdale Central Holiday Classic, working in those roles for over 40 years.  Spagnolo coached both at his alma mater, Proviso West, and at Hinsdale Central, and was inducted into the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame as a Friend of Basketball in 2010.   Spagnolo is the Project Facilitator for the West Suburban Conference's 100-Year Centennial Celebration.
