A two-time state champion
girls gymnastics coach, Fuentes has eleven conference titles to his credit.
Carlos won the Illinois High School Association team title for girls
gymnastics in 2018 and 2019. Fuentes took home West Suburban
Conference championships in 2005, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020,
2021, 2022 and 2023. In 20 years of
coaching, Fuentes' teams have captured 15 IHSA regional titles, four sectional
championships and have qualified for the state finals as a team nine times.
Under Fuentes guidance, from 2015 through 2022, the Hilltoppers compiled a
77-2 record in dual meet competition. |
